Job Brief
The Condominium Association Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of condominium associations, including property management, resident relations, and financial administration. Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of condominium associations, ensuring compliance with association bylaws and regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for common areas, ensuring timely and cost-effective service.
- Develop and manage operating budgets, including forecasts and financial reports, to maintain fiscal responsibility.
- Oversee vendor contracts and relationships, negotiating terms and ensuring quality service delivery.
- Facilitate communication between residents and the association board, addressing concerns and complaints promptly.
- Organize and conduct regular meetings, including annual meetings and special sessions, to engage with residents and stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce community rules and regulations, promoting a harmonious living environment.
- Prepare and distribute informational materials to residents regarding community updates and events.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or condominium association management.
- Strong understanding of real estate regulations and condominium laws.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in property management software and financial management tools.
- Certifications such as Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) or Association Management Specialist (AMS) preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
