Job Brief
As a Concrete Vault Maker, you will be responsible for molding, shaping, and casting various products using concrete and other materials. This role requires expertise in formwork techniques and an understanding of concrete properties. Responsibilities
- Construct and assemble molds for concrete vaults and related products.
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete to ensure high-quality output.
- Inspect and test products for quality and durability standards.
- Maintain work area, tools, and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
- Follow established safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks.
- Document production processes and report any issues to management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Concrete Vault Maker or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of concrete mixing and curing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with hand tools and machinery used in concrete production.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license may be required for transportation of materials.
