Job Brief
As a Concrete Batch Plant Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production of concrete by operating and managing all aspects of a concrete batching plant. Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further technical education is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Concrete Batch Plant Operator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of concrete batching processes and equipment.
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate heavy machinery.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
