Job Brief

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to identify organizational training requirements and skill gaps.

  • Deliver training sessions through various formats, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify approaches based on feedback and outcomes.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in training methods.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software training, instructional design, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of various software applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and project management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and multimedia training tools.
  • Certification in instructional design or training methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training effectiveness and learner progress.
