Job Brief
As a Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Wood Lathe Operator, you will set up, operate, and maintain CNC woodworking machinery, ensuring precision and quality in the manufacturing of wooden components. Responsibilities
- Set up and calibrate CNC wood lathe equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to produce high-quality wooden products.
- Operate CNC machines to craft wooden components, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain production efficiency and product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, machine settings, and maintenance activities.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC operations or woodworking preferred.
- Proven experience operating CNC wood lathe machines and woodworking equipment.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming languages and software.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
