Job Brief
We are seeking a skilled Computer Language Coder to join our development team. In this role, you will create, modify, and test code and scripts essential for the operation of computer applications. Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and implement code and scripts for computer applications.
- Modify existing software to enhance functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with software developers to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Write and maintain documentation for code and programming processes.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Research and apply new programming techniques and technologies.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Computer Language Coder, Software Developer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git or SVN.
- Experience with integrated development environments (IDEs) and debugging tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
