Requirements
- Proven experience as a Computer Console Operator or in a similar technical role.
- Familiarity with operating systems, network management, and data processing software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of hardware components and software applications.
- Relevant certifications in computer operations or information technology are a plus.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or education is preferred.
