Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies that support organizational objectives.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive salary structures and benefit offerings.
  • Oversee the administration of compensation programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to ensure alignment of compensation policies with talent management initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Analyze compensation data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Manage compensation-related projects, including job evaluations and salary surveys.
  • Lead a team of compensation analysts and specialists, providing mentorship and guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation management or related HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation laws and best practices.
  • Proficiency in compensation software and HRIS systems.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
