Job Brief
The Cold Header Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and tending forging machines to taper, shape, or form metal or plastic parts. Responsibilities
- Set up and calibrate cold header machines according to specifications.
- Operate forging machines to produce precision metal and plastic components.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records of machine operation.
- Inspect finished products for defects and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cold Header Operator or in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Familiarity with cold heading machinery and tooling adjustments.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and inspection techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
