  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the service area, including tables and bar equipment.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, following all cash handling procedures.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their dining experience.
  • Monitor and manage guest needs, providing timely refills and addressing concerns.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Cocktail Server or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation techniques and mixology principles.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Must possess a valid food handler’s permit and alcohol service certification as required by local regulations.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
