Job Brief
As a Club Concierge, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patrons in hotels, apartment complexes, or office buildings, providing exceptional personal services tailored to their needs. Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patrons with inquiries, providing personalized services and recommendations.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, entertainment options, and dining establishments.
- Handle message delivery and provide information on business services available within the facility.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate guest requests and special arrangements.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of guest information and requests.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or concierge services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using reservation and property management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local attractions, businesses, and services to provide informed recommendations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
