Job Brief

As a Club Concierge, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patrons in hotels, apartment complexes, or office buildings, providing exceptional personal services tailored to their needs. This role requires a proactive approach to assist with transportation arrangements, entertainment recommendations, and business services, ensuring a seamless experience for guests. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patrons with inquiries, providing personalized services and recommendations.
  • Coordinate transportation services, including taxis, shuttles, and car rentals.
  • Manage guest requests for housekeeping and maintenance, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, entertainment options, and dining establishments.
  • Handle message delivery and provide information on business services available within the facility.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate guest requests and special arrangements.
  • Maintain security and confidentiality of guest information and requests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or concierge services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using reservation and property management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local attractions, businesses, and services to provide informed recommendations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest service.
