Requirements

  • Current and valid RN license in the practicing state.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
  • Prior teaching experience in a nursing program is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented educational environment.
  • Proficient in using technology and simulation tools for nursing education.
  • Certification in nursing education (CNE) is an asset.
