Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Nursing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Clinical Informatics Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of healthcare systems and clinical workflows.
  • Proficiency in database management systems and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare data standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clinical staff.
  • Certification in Clinical Informatics (e.g., CAHIMS, CPHIMS) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of health information privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and best practices.
