  • Monitor construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Assist in the management of project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in civil engineering design and project management.
  • Proficiency in civil engineering software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and material properties.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certification as a Civil Engineering Technologist (CET) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
