Requirements

- Strong knowledge of civic principles, U.S. government, and community engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills to connect with students.
- Certification in teaching or relevant educational training is a plus.
