Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CFO or in other senior financial leadership roles, with a strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards applicable to the industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes.
  • Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is advantageous.
