Job Brief
As a Chef De Partie, you will play a vital role in the culinary team, responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking a variety of dishes, including soups, meats, vegetables, and desserts. Responsibilities

- Assist in the planning and pricing of menu items based on seasonal ingredients.
- Order and maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Monitor food presentation and portion sizes to ensure compliance with restaurant standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role.
- Proficient in various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
