Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Certification as a Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET) from a recognized organization.
  • Proven experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing medical equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, electrical safety standards, and biomedical device regulations.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and repair software specific to biomedical equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
