- Receive, verify, and record wagers placed by patrons efficiently and accurately.
- Scan and process winning tickets, ensuring timely payout of winnings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patron inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized gaming area, adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other casino staff to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
Requirements
