Job Brief
As a Cashier Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of retail sales associates within a department or establishment. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall store performance and customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial management practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail management is a plus.
