Responsibilities

- Facilitate workshops and seminars on resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Utilize career assessment tools to help students identify strengths and suitable career options.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor market trends and educational resources.
- Collaborate with academic departments and employers to create internship and job placement opportunities.
- Track and document student progress and outcomes to measure the effectiveness of counseling services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in career counseling or related fields, preferably within educational institutions.
- Strong understanding of career development theories and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on active listening and empathy.
- Familiarity with career assessment tools and job search strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and employers.
- Certification in career counseling (e.g., National Career Development Association) is a plus.
- Proficiency in using technology and software for career services management.
