Responsibilities

  • Prepare patients for procedures by explaining tests and ensuring comfort throughout the process.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in cardiovascular technology or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Technologist (RCVT) or equivalent credential.
  • Proven experience in performing cardiovascular and pulmonary diagnostic tests.
  • Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot cardiovascular diagnostic equipment.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data entry processes.
