As a Card Table Attendant, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service in a gaming environment. Responsibilities
- Manage card game operations, including dealing cards and facilitating game play.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with players and addressing their inquiries.
- Monitor game integrity and enforce gaming rules and regulations.
- Assist in the resolution of disputes or questions regarding game play.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming area and card tables.
- Ensure all gaming equipment is in good condition and report any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other gaming staff to ensure a seamless gaming experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in gaming or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of card games and gaming regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for handling bets and payouts accurately.
- Must be of legal age to work in gaming establishments.
- Certification in Responsible Gaming and/or Gaming License may be required.
