Job Brief

Responsibilities

- Maintain detailed records of repairs, adjustments, and service history for each piece of equipment.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and production teams to understand equipment needs and challenges.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in camera technology and repair techniques.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding camera operation and maintenance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Camera Machinist or in a similar role within the photography or film industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of camera systems, lenses, and photographic equipment.
- Hands-on experience with precision tools and repair equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Relevant certifications or formal training in camera repair and maintenance is a plus.
