- Prepare budgets and financial reports to track departmental performance and profitability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cafeteria Director or in a similar food service management role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food service operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate staff.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with diverse customer groups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Nutrition, or a related field preferred.
- Certification in food safety and sanitation (e.g., ServSafe) is a plus.
