Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Cafeteria Director or in a similar food service management role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food service operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate staff.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with diverse customer groups.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Nutrition, or a related field preferred.
