Job Brief

As a Clinical Social Worker (CSW), you will provide essential psychosocial support to individuals, families, and groups facing chronic, acute, or terminal illnesses. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent state licensure.
  • Proven experience in a healthcare or clinical setting, particularly in chronic illness management.
  • Strong understanding of mental health principles and therapy modalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and family engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Familiarity with case management principles and healthcare access barriers.
  • Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation practices.
