Job Brief

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent state licensure.
- Proven experience in a healthcare or clinical setting, particularly in chronic illness management.
- Strong understanding of mental health principles and therapy modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and family engagement.
