Job Brief
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will conduct organizational studies and evaluations to identify areas for improvement, design systems and procedures, and develop comprehensive operations manuals. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Experience in management consulting or program analysis is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough organizational studies to evaluate business processes and operational efficiencies.
- Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement systems and procedures that streamline operations.
- Prepare detailed operations and procedures manuals to assist management in decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate findings and recommend solutions.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Utilize various business analysis tools and methodologies to support project initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in business analysis software and tools, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) are a plus.
