Job Brief

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Building Services Mechanic or in a similar maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals.
- Certification in relevant trade skills (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is preferred.
