Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Valid certification as a building inspector from a recognized authority (e.g., ICC, NABERS).
- Proven experience in building inspections or construction management.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and inspection techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey inspection findings and recommendations.
