Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in a security role, preferably in nightlife or event settings.
- Strong physical fitness and the ability to handle potentially challenging situations.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Understanding of safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Familiarity with operating security equipment, such as metal detectors and surveillance cameras.
