Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements for artists, performers, and athletes with clients and event organizers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, including venue managers, promoters, and producers.
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to enhance clients’ visibility and marketability.
  • Research and identify potential opportunities for bookings and engagements across various platforms.
  • Manage scheduling and logistical arrangements for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Provide clients with guidance on industry trends, performance opportunities, and career development strategies.
  • Coordinate and oversee promotional events, appearances, and media engagements for clients.
  • Track and report on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends that may impact client opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Booking Agent or in a similar role within the entertainment industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent clients professionally.
  • Deep understanding of the entertainment landscape and current market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using booking software and CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
