Job Brief
As a Blind Escort, you will provide compassionate and personalized assistance to individuals with visual impairments or disabilities, helping them navigate daily living tasks and activities. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and laundry, to maintain a safe living space.
- Accompany clients to appointments, social events, or community activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition or needs.

- Foster a trusting and respectful relationship with clients, promoting independence and dignity.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a caregiving, personal support, or related role is preferred.
- Knowledge of personal care techniques and mobility assistance practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach to care.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in diverse settings.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
- Familiarity with assistive technology and resources for individuals with visual impairments is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for community outings.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
