Requirements

- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, including FDA guidelines and quality management systems.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with experience in project management.
- Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) are a plus.
