Responsibilities

- Call numbers during games clearly and accurately to maintain player engagement.
- Monitor game integrity and ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing player inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and safe gaming environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Assist in promoting upcoming bingo events and special promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive player experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in gaming or hospitality preferred.
- Previous experience in a gaming or customer service role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with players.
