- Utilize random number-generating equipment to announce numbers clearly and accurately for gaming purposes.
- Receive and verify patrons’ wagers, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and efficiently.
- Scan and process winning tickets presented by patrons, ensuring timely and accurate payouts for winnings.
- Maintain a clean and organized betting area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patron inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Stay updated on gaming regulations and company policies to ensure compliance and promote responsible gaming practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in a gaming or betting environment is preferred.
