Job Brief

As a Bellstaff, you will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by efficiently managing luggage and providing outstanding customer service at transportation terminals or hospitality establishments. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to guest satisfaction, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handle and transport guest luggage to and from rooms, vehicles, and storage areas efficiently.
  • Provide information regarding hotel services, local attractions, and travel arrangements to guests.
  • Coordinate with the front desk and housekeeping to ensure timely delivery of luggage and services.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and baggage handling areas.
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of luggage from vehicles and transportation services.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage, with physical stamina to perform the duties of the role.
  • Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation options.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license may be required for certain positions.
