Responsibilities

  • Perform bareback riding routines at rodeos, fairs, and exhibitions.
  • Exhibit expert riding techniques while maintaining control over the horse.
  • Prepare horses for performances through grooming and conditioning.
  • Collaborate with trainers and support staff to ensure optimal horse performance.
  • Maintain safety protocols during practice and performances.
  • Participate in promotional events and meet-and-greet activities with fans.
  • Continuously enhance riding skills through training and practice.
  • Monitor horse health and report any concerns to the veterinary team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a bareback rider or in a similar equestrian role.
  • Strong physical fitness and stamina to endure rigorous performances.
