Responsibilities

- Learn and practice techniques for beard trimming and shaping, including detailing and maintenance.
- Gain proficiency in traditional shaving techniques, including straight razor shaves.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on the latest barbering trends, styles, and techniques through ongoing education.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a barbering program is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of barbering techniques and tools, including clippers, razors, and scissors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions from senior barbers.
- Valid barbering license or enrollment in a licensed barber school (as applicable).

- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods.
