Job Brief

The Banquet Set Up Person is responsible for preparing venues for food service events, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and organization. Responsibilities

  • Facilitate food service by efficiently setting up tables, chairs, and linens according to event specifications.
  • Clean tables and remove dirty dishes promptly to maintain a tidy dining environment.
  • Replace soiled table linens and replenish supplies of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes.
  • Supply service bars with food items and assist in the presentation of beverages.
  • Serve items such as water, condiments, and coffee to patrons in a courteous manner.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Assist in post-event clean-up and reorganization of the venue.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace.

Requirements
