Responsibilities

- Collaborate with lead sawyers to coordinate workflows and meet production targets.
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.

- Maintain accurate production records and document machine settings and adjustments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in woodworking or machinery operation is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sawyer or in a similar role within the woodworking industry.
- Strong technical skills with wood sawing machines and CNC equipment.
- Knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
