Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote their development.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Assist with dressing, bathing, and personal hygiene routines for children.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s needs and daily activities.
- Administer basic first aid and medication as needed, following parental guidelines.
- Plan and implement creative play and educational activities to stimulate learning.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to children, fostering a positive environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Baby Sitter or in a similar childcare role.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with children and parents.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in childcare.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Background check clearance and references from previous families or employers.
