Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience or internship in a legal environment is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and databases such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
