Responsibilities

- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments for assembly tasks.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize assembly processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations.
- Document assembly processes and maintain records of completed work.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical assembly preferred.
- Proven experience as a motor builder or in a similar mechanical assembly role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment, including torque wrenches and calipers.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components is a plus.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
