Responsibilities

  • Represent and promote clients in negotiations with employers, agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and business agreements on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for clients, including auditions, performances, and sponsorship deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, including producers, directors, and event organizers.
  • Advise clients on career development, marketing strategies, and public relations efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends and market conditions to provide informed guidance to clients.
  • Assist clients in managing their schedules, bookings, and public appearances.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and contractual obligations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent representation or related field within the entertainment or sports industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law and business practices relevant to the industry.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools for project management and client tracking.
  • A degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
