As an Artist Manager, you will represent and promote artists, performers, and athletes, facilitating their careers by managing business affairs and negotiations with current or prospective employers. Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including agents, promoters, and producers.
- Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and threats for clients.
- Promote clients’ work through various channels, including social media, interviews, and events.
- Advise clients on branding and public relations strategies to enhance their image and marketability.
- Coordinate with legal and financial advisors to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts Management, Music Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Artist Manager or in a similar role within the entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of contract negotiation, marketing strategies, and talent development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively advocate for clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong networking skills and established connections within the entertainment industry.
