Job Brief
The Armor Reconnaissance Vehicle Crewman plays a crucial role in military operations, responsible for the operation and maintenance of tanks, light armored vehicles, and amphibious assault vehicles in both terrestrial and aquatic environments. Responsibilities
- Operate and maneuver armored vehicles, including tanks and light armored vehicles, during combat missions.
- Maintain and operate targeting and firing systems to ensure accurate engagement of enemy targets.
- Utilize advanced onboard communications and navigation systems to maintain situational awareness.
- Transport personnel and equipment securely in diverse combat environments.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and troubleshooting of armored vehicles and systems.
- Operate auxiliary weapons, such as machine guns and grenade launchers, in support of ground operations.
- Collaborate with team members and command to execute mission objectives effectively.
- Adhere to safety protocols and operational guidelines during all vehicle operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; military training preferred.
- Completion of specialized training for operating armored vehicles.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
- Proficiency in operating advanced targeting and communications systems.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure and combat environments.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to engage in continuous training and skill development.
- Valid driver’s license and military vehicle operator certification.
