The Armament Weapons Support Equipment (ASWE) Maintenance Manager oversees and coordinates the maintenance and operational readiness of armament support equipment. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations, scheduling maintenance tasks, and monitoring equipment performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments of support equipment to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to optimize equipment reliability and performance.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices and safety regulations related to armament maintenance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to ensure the availability of necessary parts and tools for maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably within an armament or military environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of weapons systems, support equipment, and maintenance procedures.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards related to weapons and maintenance operations.
