Job Brief

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to address compliance issues and enhance construction quality.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural inspection, construction management, or a related discipline.
- Certification as a Licensed Inspector or equivalent credentials is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in using inspection software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
