Job Brief

The Architectural Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity and compliance of various buildings and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to address compliance issues and enhance construction quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural inspection, construction management, or a related discipline.
  • Certification as a Licensed Inspector or equivalent credentials is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using inspection software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
