Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an appeals referee or in a similar adjudicative role.
- Strong knowledge of administrative law and government regulations.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with claimants and representatives.
- Proficiency in legal research and writing.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with dispute resolution and mediation techniques is advantageous.
