Job Brief
The AOC Strategy Plans and Operational Assessment Officer Chief plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the operational capabilities of air, ground, and naval forces. This position is responsible for overseeing the operation of advanced communications, detection, and weapon systems, ensuring seamless coordination between military branches during both peacetime and emergencies. Ideal candidates will possess significant experience in military operations, strategic planning, and crisis management, alongside strong analytical and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage critical communication links between air, naval, and ground forces to ensure effective operational coordination.
- Formulate and implement comprehensive emergency response plans for natural disasters and wartime scenarios.
- Coordinate emergency response teams and collaborate with relevant agencies for efficient crisis management.
- Evaluate command center information and produce high-level military and government reports.
- Oversee the operation of surveillance and detection systems to maintain situational awareness.
- Provide technical information and expert advice on operational capabilities and readiness.
- Direct the operation of weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems to ensure mission success.

Requirements
